At Royal Dhofar, we take pride in delivering high-quality, authentic Omani products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must be in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase is required

Please note that due to the nature of personal care products, used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

• Offer a replacement
• Or issue a full refund

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used personal care products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Final sale items (if applicable)
